Peters & Co was founded by Leigh Peters-Barrett after more than 20 years in recruitment and leadership.
Leigh built her career as a senior leader inside organisations such as Lion and 2degrees, before moving into executive search. She understands leadership from both sides of the table. The pressure. The nuance. The importance of getting it right.
